About the service

Assembly is operated by Family Emotional Health Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14078663), trading as Assembly. Our registered address is Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1DB.

Assembly provides a behaviour-profiling tool and AI-powered chat assistant to help parents and carers better understand their child’s behaviour. The service generates reports and recommendations based on the information you provide.

Assembly is not a medical or clinical service. The information, reports, and chat responses we provide are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for concerns about your child’s health or development.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, guardian, or carer of the child whose information you provide. Children do not use the service directly, you use it on their behalf.

By creating an account you confirm that you have parental responsibility (or equivalent legal authority) for any child you add to Assembly.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a secure link or code, and authentication runs inside our own application. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your Assembly account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Assembly lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:

• Rely on Assembly as a substitute for professional clinical assessment or diagnosis
• Enter information about a child for whom you do not have parental responsibility
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond what is provided through normal use
• Use the service in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our systems

AI-generated content

Parts of the service use artificial intelligence, currently Azure OpenAI operated by Microsoft in the UK, to generate chat responses, reports, and recommendations. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI output.

AI requests are processed in the UK and are not routed anywhere else, and OpenAI the company never receives your data. We do not use your conversations or data to train AI models, and neither does Microsoft.

Intellectual property

All content, design, branding, and software that make up Assembly are owned by Family Emotional Health Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any information you provide (e.g. answers to profiler questions, chat messages). By using the service you grant us a licence to process that information for the purpose of providing Assembly to you.

Data and privacy

We take your privacy seriously. For details of what we store, how we use it, and your rights, see our privacy page, it carries both the plain-English summary and the full policy.

Availability and changes

Assembly is an early-stage product. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We aim to give reasonable warning of significant changes but cannot always guarantee this.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service. Your continued use of Assembly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assembly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content (including AI-generated content) will be accurate or complete.

Family Emotional Health Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Termination

You can stop using Assembly at any time. To request deletion of your data and account, email us at ayse@getassembly.co.uk .

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Assembly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
